1. What if I tell you that we never truly die? That we’ve lived many lives
Throughout thousands of years? Would you believe it? Reincarnation and past
life regression have been a formidable topic throughout the history of humanity.
We know so much about Humanity in general, but yet vaguely we know so little
about ourselves. How can you tell so well a person when you don’t even know
yourself? Or perhaps, how can you know a person so well when in fact you don’t
even know them? We come to this world to learn lessons, to gain Knowledge, to
help and be helped, to teach and to be taught, to love and be loved, to fulfill our
purpose in life; ‘’our task is to learn, to become God-like through knowledge. We
know so little. You are here to be my Teacher. I have so much to learn. By
knowledge, we approach to god, and then we can rest. Then we come back to
earth to help others.’’ (Weiss-46). We must dig deep Inside our soul to discover
within ourselves the answers we crave the most.
Past life regression through hypnosis’ roots traced up to the 1890’s,
Dr.pierre Janet in Paris first used it. The subject of past life regression was a
taboo for 60-years, regarded as skeptically unbelievable at best and something
near occult philosophy at worst. After that, a hypnotherapist brought back the
subject in the 1960’s with a book called ‘’the search of Bridie Murphy.’’ The book
was about one of his patients who went over 200 Years into one of the patient’s
lifetime as an Irishwoman called Bridie Murphy. Sadly the patient’s identity as the
Irishwoman couldn’t be corroborated. Although about at the same time BBC was
making a TV show collaborating with an English hypnotherapist called Arnall
2. Bloxham. The show was a homemaker named Jane Evans who was being
regressed live on screen. She recalled a lifetime in the 12th century. Her name
was Raquel who lived in York in 1189. She described that life perfectly detailed
on live TV about her and her family hounded by a mob called Richard Malebisse,
which her husband had lent him money and refused to pay back. Raquel’s family
had to take refuge; they found a crypt of a church and stayed there. Sadly they
were put to death by a sword. A historian named Prof Dobson was Intrigued. He
started looking for proofs to see if the story was true. He was amazed of what he
discovered and let that Jane’s story was vividly real.
‘‘We are frightfully concerned with our deaths, sometimes so much
So that we forget the real purpose of our lives.’’ (Weiss-59). Death; what is it
about that humanity is so afraid of it? Is it because people are afraid of the
unknown? Of what comes after death itself? We never would be able to tell until
we experience it. People tend to forget to live because they are afraid to die.
When people overcome that fear, they will live fully. Fear tend us to hold us back
and don’t do what we want to do because we are afraid of the outcome. People
have a fear to fail, and there’s nothing wrong with failing. With failure comes
experience. With experience comes knowledge. And with experience comes
better outcomes. We as human beings must learn how to embrace the unknown.
How not to be afraid to fail, and above anything else how not to fear death,
‘’dying is not a loss, it is a part of living.’’ (Weiss-128)
3. ‘’Everything comes when it must come. Life cannot be worked on a schedule
As so many people want it to be. We must accept what come to us at a given
time, and not ask for more. But life is endless, so we never die; we were never
really born. We just pass through Different phases. There is no end. Humans
have many dimensions, but time is not as we see Time, but rather in lessons that
are learned.’’ (weiss-112) We must accept life the way it comes to us. Whether is
a life full of bitterness and sorrow, or a life full of joy and happiness; We must
embrace it and learn as many lessons as possible from them. We never actually
die, we are constantly changing and learning. We as human beings have to learn
the lesson that life wants to teach us. Life is like a game. If we fail, we have to
restart the game, learn from our mistakes until we succeed and gain knowledge
in the process. Death is not just physical. Death comes in different shapes,
different deductions, and various matters. Death might also be emotionally,
mentally, spiritually, or physically. We might die in one of the categories.
However, our will never die. It will still shine like a diamond, and rise through the
intriguing dust and land among the powerful light. We come to the world to teach,
but also to learn. We happen to fail, but also to succeed. We come to live, but
also to die. ‘‘We are all teachers and students; we are all patients and healers.’’
(Weiss-170)
‘‘To share many lifetimes, joy and despair, love and forgiveness,
Anger and grace, and, above all, endless growth with another soul is what means
to have a
4. Soul mate.’’ (Weiss-91) The concept of a ‘soul mate’ varies very often but it kind
of stay within the same meaning. A soul mate is a person with who you have an
immediate connection the moment you meet -- a connection so strong that you
are drawn to them in a way you have never experienced before. As this
relationship develops over time, you experience a love so deep, strong and
complex, that you begin to doubt that you have ever truly loved anyone prior.
Your soul mate understands and connects with you in every way and on every
level, which brings a sense of peace, calmness and happiness when you are
around them. And when you are not around them, you are all that much more
aware of the harshness of life, and how bonding with another person in this way
is the most significant and satisfying thing you will experience in your lifetime.
You are also all that much aware of the beauty in life because you Have been
given a great gift and will always be thankful.
‘‘When you are loving and unafraid, you can forgive. You can
Forgive yourself.’’(Weiss-66) We as human beings most of the time throughout
our lives, we tend to make mistakes. We do things that we could regret later on in
life. The purpose of errors is to learn from them. We can’t learn from other people
mistakes; we gain experience in life by learning from our mistakes. When we
learn how to forgive, we end the resentment, anger, And need for retribution from
those who that have caused you pain and anguish. People, in general, find
difficult to forgive someone who has wronged you in the past because just the
thought that the person could hurt you again is unbearable. But yet, life is about
5. taking a risk. To forgive, you must make peace with the past. To make peace
with the past, you must forgive yourself first; As a result our soul growth.
‘‘Love is the ultimate answer.’’ (Weiss-64)
Love can make you do anything and sacrifice for what will be better in the end.
Love is intense, and passionate. Everything seems brighter, happier and more
pleasant when you're in love. If you find it, don't let it go. Love is that sensation
that makes our lifetimes worth living. Every human being speaks Love in the
world, but yet not everyone knows about it. Love is everything. With love come
understanding, and patience. Love is that momentum that we crave The most.
That powerful, divine sensation that enriches our lives, We think about it, sing
about it, dream about it, lose sleep worrying about it. When we don't have it; we
search for it; when we discover it; we don't know what to do with it; when we
have it; we fear losing it. It is the constant source of pleasure and pain. But we
can't predict which it will be from one moment to the next. It is a short word, easy
to spell, difficult to define, impossible to live without. ‘‘Love can grow and bloom
even in the cold oil and in the harshest conditions. It exists everywhere, And all
the time. Love is a flower for all the seasons.’’ (Weiss-50)
In conclusion, past life regression through hypnosis was taboo. Luckily it started
to blossom and became a helpful tool for those in need. For those that through
many lifetimes have been struggling with it. Learn and teach, love, and forgive,
fail and repeat, cherish the beat.
