(Cavernous lymphgioma).
Comment :
- Multiple dilated lymphatic channels
(LCs) lined by attenuated endothelium.
- The lumen contain lymph and
inflammatory cells.
- LCs are separated by intervening
stroma
- Inflammatory cells are also seen in
intervening stroma.

7. Diagnosis :
(Hemangioendothelioma).
Comment :
- Nodules of epitheloid cells separated by
fibromyxoid stroma.
- Epithelioid cells are rounded with eosinophilic
cytoplasm, mild to moderately atypical nuclei with
prominent nucleoli and no /rare mitotic figures.
- Epithelioid and fibromyxoid tumor cells have
focal intracytoplasmic vacuoles containing red
blood cells embedded in fibromyxoid matrix

9. Diagnosis :
(Kaposi Sarcoma).
Comment :
- A cellular dermal nodule comprised of a spindle
cell proliferation forming slit-like vascular
spaces.
- Intra and extra cellular hyaline globules are
present, though to represent engulphed
erythrocytes.
- Erythrocytes (RBCs) are seen within the slit like
spaces and throughout the tumor.
