The Challenge:
Image3D sells through their Magento eCommerce site, and directly to wholesale
customers. Although they have a small number of SKUs, the custom elements of
handling a customer’s images and providing the best service level are what really
enables their growth and success. However, once they implemented Magento, they
realized they had additional challenges, these included:
 Magento orders were handled semi–manually, resulting in more clerical
time taking away from customer service and the value added work.
 Due to the manual processing, errors were more common resulting in
fulfillment and shipping errors, which can be very costly.
 Customers’ visibility to their order status and shipments was not where it
needed to be. This is especially crucial in their market as deliveries are
often tied to special events like weddings, birthdays, or a promotion.
