heralding the arrival of “gummy bear”
breast implants since the early 2000s, and
June 2013 marked the approval of the
third form-stable implant –Mentor’s

O Allergan Inc’s Juvéderm Voluma™ XC got
the official FDA nod in October 2013.

Surgery
O Labiaplasty procedures increased by 44% over the course
of the year, and buttock augmentation procedures rose by
58%, according to statistics from the American Society for

ability to perform sexually, to perform daily tasks such as
exercise, or are merely causing discomfort,” explains
