This study aimed to determine factors that influence lease renewal decisions at Shiloh Valley Overlook apartments. Surveys were conducted with current tenants to understand what is most important to them. The data showed that safety and cleanliness were the top priorities, while incentives were least important. There were no significant differences between genders or students/non-students in terms of priorities. The results suggest the complex should focus on consistency, customer service, and maintenance to boost renewals.
