In my journey of becoming a teacher I choose to be open to learning new things, while having firm beliefs about what one stands for it is important to leave a little room to accommodate new things learnt along the way. As a pre-service mathematics teacher I believe in providing learners will the same learning experiences while acknowledging the fact that learners are different and their learning experiences might differ. My goal in teaching is being able to create classroom environments which are inclusive, one which will cater for a diverse classroom through my pedagogy.
