• Preparing monthly MIS including profitability statement, debtors’ analysis and analyzing profitability by type of
business, customer, division and geography.
Forecasting:
• Reviewing current forecasting systems, models, processes and procedures and making recommendation for
improvement and change.

including B/s. P& L & Cash flow.
