To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing this letter of recommendation with great pleasure for
Parker Young. Parker joined our Aquarium family in summer 2014 as
an Aquatic Animal Care intern. His mentor was Lauren Johnson. Parker
completed over 129 hours in his internship.
The Aquatic Animal Care internship provided Parker with hands on
experience working with a diverse assortment of marine and
freshwater animals. Parker learned extensive animal care routines as
well as diet preparation and enrichment tasks. He also had direct
experience with tank maintenance, including system filtration and
cleaning. Parker participated in research and quality management.
During the course of his internship, he grew immensely in knowledge
and always worked well with the other biologists and interns in order
to complete complicated tasks correctly.
His constant positive attitude allows him to work well with the
biologists and other staff. I am confident that Parker will thrive in his
chosen field. He has shown immense, passionate dedication and has
taken many steps to fulfill his goals. He is a quick learner and motivated
to improve.
