Description:
This Project includes detail design & engineering scope for Six New Wellhead Towers,
risers, and infield pipelines (oil production, gas lift, gas injection and water injection)
between WHTs and ULRP. All WHTs are almost identical in design and consist of 12
well slots, Multiphase Flow Meter (MPFM), Hydraulic Safety Shutdown System
(HSSS), Downhole Monitoring System (DHMS) and an environmentally controlled
Local Equipment Room (LER) that shall house all of the Integrated Control and
Safety System (ICSS) cabinets and marshalling for the control systems dedicated
to each WHT.

Description:
Zakum field has a network of wellhead towers and two offshore processing
complexes, Zakum Central Super Complex (ZCSC) and Zakum West Super Complex
(ZWSC).The produced fluid from wells on the wellhead towers flows through
production headers to pipeline network. The produced well fluid is finally routed
through different radials to ZCSC and ZWSC . Project scope is replacement of 27
No’s. Pipeline and associated Top side Modification at Platforms. Replacement of
existing test/Production Manifolds at some towers, New Intelligent pigging System,
Demolition of Existing redundant riser, Corrosion Inhibitor skids, Drain and Vent
System and associated New/Replacement of Instrument Control System at Well
Head Tower.

Description:
Project requirement is to monitoring Real Time Data to the Control Room. Need
to establish communication of 15000 No’s tags for 42 No’s Controllers which are
communicate on RS 485 Modbus Protocol. Configure Monitoring Screens of
Process, History Tags, Alarms Management, Historical Trends, Reporting on Daily
bases in to the SCADA System.
Software: SQL 2005, Iconics Genesis 32, Iconics Bizviz.
Role Played:  Understand required application, Detail designing for application.

Project Name: Data Acquisition System
Customer/Client: Aditya Birla Nuvo Limited (Indian Rayon)– Veraval, Gujarat
Project

Data Acquisition System for Monitoring Environments condition of Plant. Plant is a
very corrosion environment. Using Humidity Transmitter and Sigma Remote I/O s
Modules are Integrated with HMI for Data Monitoring using RS-485
Communication Protocol.

Project Name: Glass Furnace Automation
Customer/Client: Jay- Visat Glass India Limited – Koshmba, Surat.
Project
Objective:
This projects Based on the furnace Automation need to maintain and Control
firing Sequences inside the furnace. This sequences controls to the Left – to –
Right and Right – to – Left Control at every Interval time Period of 20 Minutes.
It’s also control to Temperature, Air, and Gas Control from Ac Station Controller.
Furnace operates in to three different modes of Manuals, semi Auto, Auto modes
of operations.
