A Professor Emeritus, Dr. Parviz Soroushian has spent 40 years on research and teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in the field of Civil Engineering. Dr. Parviz Soroushian has served as the primary investigator for more than 100 research projects, and has been active in technical consulting and transfer of technologies that have emerged out of his research activities. A pioneer in the field of civil engineering materials, Dr. Soroushian holds more than 20 patents for products and systems related to cement and concrete materials, sustainability, nanotechnology, and functional materials.
