• Investigated and managed successful dispositions of large loss claims of up to $1 million against the Great
Atlantic & Pacific Team Company (A & P) – driving initiatives effective in determining liability exposure,
identifying and prosecuting instances of fraud, mediating hundreds of cases, negotiating settlements with
claimants and attorneys, collaborating with attorneys on trial strategy development and execution, and
