He collaborates with national & international research groups on both basic & clinical

He is one of the worlds foremost experts in wrist based wearable technology and hybrid wrist watch R&D. Paul Pablo Vergara - Non executive board advisor. Since 2014. Pablo is a respected expert in Risks, Innovation & Strategy for the financial sector. He has substantial experience in Liquidity Risk Management and was global head of Repo and Short Term Government Bond Trading and Group Treasurer for the Investment Bank. Paige Gill - CAD, Photography & Web design. Since 2014. Paige has been an important part of the Orsto Ltd team since joining the company directly after studying art & design at Newcastle College. An extremely talented and diligent designer, Paige is expert in several CAD design programs including, Autodesk, Sketch Book, Fusion & Keyshot. Dr Ahmad Waseem – Non executive board advisor. Since 2014. Dr Waseem is a respected Professor of Molecular and Cellular Biology. He collaborates with national & international research groups on both basic & clinical aspects of his research & also publishes his research in international journals of high impact factor. He is highly experienced at co-ordinating undergraduate courses & projects.

We have substantial IP within this area especially within hybrid watch/smartwatch technology & design which suits their manufacturing capabilities & brand design image & customer base perfectly. (It is physically impossible for anyone to create our kind of product without having to address Orsto Ltd owned IP). In addition considering the industry acquisitions as shown in the ‘Vertical Integration in the Watch Industry since 2000’ Chart (next slide), our expert opinion is that there is a high probability of a move for a full or part acquisition of Orsto Ltd from as early as 2018. Our comprehensive development of hybrid watches has not been by chance. The company is seeking funding as it is now launching its Swiss production phase & wants to be in strong 'fulfilment ready' & 're-order ready‘ position, to enable a strong & secure entry on the market.
