LEAN MANAGER AIR FORCE I led the first implementation of Lean on the Air Force. Applying Lean Management concepts on aircraft modification program, I achieved on the first year a 60 % productivity improvement. On the aircraft maintenance lean techniques allowed a reduction around 50 % on the time of aircraft inspection. Redesign the F-16 Supply Chain creating a simpler and faster process of managing material. Using Lean in the office is challenging but rewarding. Working with a weekly concept of 3 tasks in 30 seconds and managing around a whiteboard - the power of making things happen.
