I was born to teach. For as long as I can remember this was my career calling. My teaching philosophy is to foster personal exploration, challenge critical thinking, and frame students’ experiences within larger societal issues. Then, it is more about being a leader who guides students through learning in the context of their lived experiences. With ten years as a University Lecturer in library and information science, my style has been described as “highly motivating”, “dynamic”, “efficient” and “impressive”.
