2. Step 1
• Add the appropriate
quantity of tea leaves
to the brewing
chamber
Note: Refer to brewing
instructions for quantity of tea
leaves.
The brewing chamber is
approximately 180 ml so
multiply the recommended
amount by 1.8

3. Step 2
• Add hot water and lift up
the brewing chamber
immediately
Note: For guidance on water
temperature, please refer to
brewing instructions
This step is only applicable
for oolong, black tea and
dark tea (Pu‐er)
Not required for green tea,
white tea and yellow tea

4. Step 3
• Allow the water to
drain and discard it

5. Step 4
• Add hot water
