Peter Bouchard started working in telecommunications after college for AT&T& Sprint. Peter Bouchard started New England Payphone and grew the company nationwide. The company name changed to Payphone Management, Inc. When the company sold, Peter Bouchard had grown his payphone operation to owning or providing operator services on 5% of all payphones in the USA. Peter Bouchard started Pioneer Telephone as a regional telephone company in Maine, NH & VT. Within four years the company went nationwide.
