PROJECT EXPERIENCE
December 2014 – May 2015: Orascom Construction-General Electric consortium agreement, West Damietta simple
cycle 500MW fast track (7 Months) EPC project, Egypt $200 Million
Planning team leader
 Demonstrated leadership and project planning skills coordinating and influencing resources.
 Implemented EVM techniques using excel based calculus sheet & automated it to minimize manual errors.
 Prepared, submitted & updated the work schedule using Primavera P6.
 Applied Earn Value Management techniques and methodologies during different phases of the project.
 Prepared reports for senior management such as; daily, weekly, monthly progress reports to highlight the project
status and progress (schedule and financial).
 Developed schedule narratives that describe the rationale behind the work schedule and contractual obligations.
 Interfaced with different departments and consortium partners to ensure alignment of construction.
 Identified and provided substantiation where unforeseen circumstances or changing site conditions will cause the
project to incur a delay.

 Produced cumulative “S” curves showing planned percent completion for each week from the commencement of
the work until the final completion date.

Project: El Tebbin Thermal Power Plant 2x350 MW Gas/Oil Fired Units, Civil work Package, $100 Million.

 Assisted in creating the new project BL schedule, developed and maintained schedules in different formats.
 Developed project charter, project management plan, and work breakdown structure.
 Created and assigned calendars, resources, codes, roles and responsibilities to each activity.
 Created and maintained baseline, monitored project progress and compared to baseline, identified critical path
activities, reviewed forecasts with progress achieved to date.
