Re: Peter Coughlin Reference – Swansea High Rise Project
Dear Sir/Madam,
I first met Peter whilst he was representing Remote Surveillance as their Business
Development Manager. He was responsible for managing, negotiating and advising
on the installation of an IP HD CCTV in lieu of the traditional manned guarding on
construction sites.
During his time with Remote Surveillance, I found Peter to be a very professional
individual, capable of managing every aspect of the project, working and coordinating
with us as required to ensure a smooth and fault free installation in a timely manner.
He played a large part in the design and application of the system and provided expert
knowledge, solving any design issues on site, always offering practical solutions to
any issues raised.
He ensured the installation team were proactive in their approach to Health and Safety
and he was more than happy to advise in the overall environment, taking a holistic
approach to Health and Safety. His operatives always acted professionally and were a
credit to the construction industry.
I would have no hesitation in working with Peter on any future work and look forward
to working with him again with his new company FSIP Solutions.
