Peteris finance and accounting professionalwith eight years of experience gained
from both corporate and developmentinstitutions. Currently the Senior Finance
Specialist at E4I, Peter is responsible for implementing Finance and Admin policies
and decentralization ofbudgeting and reporting functions to 4 African countries.
Previously, Peterworked as Finance Officer at Kenya Markets Trust, a multi donor
funded organization implementingMarket Assistance Programme (MAP)in Kenya.
Working in finance and admin department, Peterimplementedfinance and
procurement policies and improved budgetingand reporting processes. Key
achievement was working with the M & E team to develop a DFID award winning
Value for Money (VFM) reporting framework in 2015.
In the past,Peter worked in various finance capacities in otherdevelopment and for
profit organizationsdeveloping his skills from strength to strength.Peteris a certified
accountantregistered with ICPAK and holder of Finance and Business degree.
Peteris passionate about programmesthat aim to conserve environment and improve
household incomes. Working for E4I is deepening his knowledge in Green Energy
and his enthusiasm is helping him learn more each day.
