I am a professional in the field of Research & Consultancy on work, organisation & management issues since 1989.
Present challenges I am working on are innovation management, social innovation and workplace innovation. Both in the Netherlands and abroad.
I am driven by the question why innovations too often fail, especially, what are the antecedents and determining factors of failure, risk avoidance and defensive behaviour between people, in teams, notably project teams. So, my focus is on behavioural and organisational aspects.
