To Whom It May Concern:
As the Teaching Quality Manager for UX Culture & Education, I would like to highly
recommend Phil Atkinson for a position with your organization. His professionalism, work ethic,
and insight, throughout our collaboration of nearly a year, have been impressive.
From September through December, 2014, Phil trained the teaching department here at UX
Culture, Xi’an, and certified them in TESOL, as a representative and trainer of TESOL Training
International. Our teachers and managers were very satisfied with Phil’s training and his
approach to teaching and school management. We requested that he stay on with us as an
education consultant and he has delivered time and again.
Phil subsequently developed a long-term evaluation system for our teaching department, which
included classroom observations and identifying key performance indicators. He has continued
observing our teachers’ lessons and providing valuable feedback along with practical advice.
We have benefited from Phil’s knowledge and experience in teacher training and school
management. We hope to continue our relationship with him, if only online, after he leaves
China.
