Independent consultancy to banks implementing T24 or integrating it within their overall
systems architecture.
My objective is to provide the highest quality solutions as part of your T24 project.
My approach
- To try to avoid local development unless it is necessary to meet local legal or language
requirements, or country specific processing e.g for tax. Gaps should preferably be filled by raising
SARs with Temenos, not by local development.
- To ensure that configuration and local development are not undertaken to duplicate the
functionality of the legacy system. Implementation is not a mapping exercise to recreate the legacy
system.
- To ensure local development does not duplicate core functionality.
- To keep local development within bounds of scale and complexity that can be supported by the
client’s own staff if that is to be the support arrangement (which would be the norm).
- To ensure that local development is made in accordance with Temenos standards as set out in
the Temenos API Developer’s Guide, and does not interfere with core processes.
- To ensure documentation of local development is made in accordance with project standards.
