Philippe Darmuzey has served the EU external action over thirty five years, mainly as a European Commission official. Main experience: International Relations, Development, Security & Development and Europe-Africa relations. Within the European Commission, Ph. Darmuzey served under the Directorate General for Development and Relations with ACP states, initially as Economic Advisor to the EC Delegations in 5 African countries (Guinea, Gabon, Sao tome e Principe, Kenya), then as Head of Delegation in the Caribbean (Barbados and the eastern Caribbean states); he has then been heading geographical units in EU headquarters (Caribbean, Southern Africa) and Policy units (Social development, hea...
