NB. I currently have a broken tendon/dislocation at the right hand side acromioclavicular joint/clavicle/collar bone. Although movement is not
hampered I do have to be precautionary when lifting heavy objects or lifting objects down from places above head height in case the muscle or
surrounding structure fails in action. I have recently been involved in unpaid ware house work trial for the retailer B&M and found there to be little
difficulty in mobility. The NHS has not provided me with any date for surgery although I am seeking further consultation.
All of the information held herein is correct to the best of my knowledge and will be updated as and when any errors become apparent. I am awaiting a full list of employment dates from
the Department of Works and Pensions and the associated companies and will update and amend any incorrect dates as soon as the relevant details become available.

I have recently been involved in unpaid ware house work trial for the retailer B&M and found there to be little difficulty in mobility. The NHS has not provided me with any date for surgery although I am seeking further consultation.
