3. WHAT IS ELECTRICAL SYSTEM?
An electrical system, within the context of a building, is a
network of conductors and equipment designed to carry, distribute
and convert electrical power safely from the point of delivery or
generation to the various loads around the building that consume
the electrical energy.

ELECTRICAL ROUGHING INS IS THE PROCESS OF LAYING OUT OF
CONDUIT, MOUNTING OF BOXES (JUNCTION BOXES, RECEPTACLE,
PULLBOXES, SETTING OF PANELBOARDS AND CABLE PULLING.

CONNECTION OF LIGHTING FIXTURES WITH LIGHT

POWER / WIRING DEVICES INSTALLATION:
WIRING DEVICES INCLUDES THE SWITCHES AND
RECEPTACLE OUTLETS. RECEPTACLE OUTLETS INSTALLED
IN SUCH A WAY CONFORMES TO THE LATEST EDITION OF
PHILIPPINE ELECTRICAL CODE.
8. ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION METHOD (CONT.):
FEEDER / CABLE INSTALLATION:
FEEDER INSTALLATION INCLUDES THE PULLING OF
WIRES/CABLES, TERMINATION AND CONNECTION FROM
SOURCE POINT TO TERMINAL. A SINGLE LINE DIAGRAM IS
USED AS REFERENCE IN INSTALLING FEEDERS IN
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM.

TRANSFORMER INSTALLATION:
TRANSFORMER INSTALLATION NEEDS A VERY WELL
VERSED ELECTRICAL PRACTIONER TO SECURE SAFETY
AND FUNCTIONALITY.

GROUNDING SYSTEM:
GROUNDING SYSTEM IS THE MOST AND VERY IMPORTANT
INSTALLATION IN ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. GROUNDING IS THE
INTENTIONAL CONNECTION OF NON – CURRENT CURRYING
CONDUCTOR DIRECTLY BURRIED TO EARTH. GROUNDING
SHALL FACILITATE THE OVERCURRENT PROTECTION OF
THE ELECTRICAL CIRCUIT DURING THE EVENT OF
ABNORMAL CONDITION LIKE SHORT CIRCUIT AND
OVERLOAD.
