Marketing Plan •Work with the Project Team to devise and execute an integrated marketing strategy for the entire event including exhibitor, sponsor and conference delegate campaign •Use the full marketing mix to promote the event in accordance with the marketing strategy on sponsor, exhibitor and delegate promotion •Execute the entire marketing plan and media plan •Conduct and report on detailed response analysis Partnership with Media, Association and Business Group •Identify appropriate media partners, associations and business groups and negotiate barter deals to maximize event exposure •Set up media deals with external organizations to ensure maximum exposure at lowest
