and colleague at Ericsson.
Although this letter is about Pourya, please allow me to introduce myself first. I am an RF
engineering consultant with more than 18 years of experience in the wireless telecommunication
industry. I have been engaged on a number of projects around the world, working with several
leading mobile service providers. On my last project with Ericsson, Pourya and I worked on a
multiyear telecommunication project for Sprint Wireless that involved network design and
improvements in network performance.
Our teams had constant interactions and Pourya strikes me as a take charge person who is able to
clearly communicate his innovative ideas and approaches to ever evolving tasks. In a relatively
short period of time, his team managed to develop and put in use various tools that helped us
improve efficiency, eliminate redundancies, and automate several tasks that prior to that were quite
time consuming and prone to human error.
