l ROLES RESPONSIBILITIES
• Analysis of manpower Requirement.
• Responsible for complete joining and orientation Formalities of new employees.
• Maintaining database and personal file preparing offer and appointment letters
• Annual track list of increments and confirmation of employee.
• Compliance/maintenance of systems/procedures in respect of training activities as per ISO
Procedure
• Assisting in framing, analyzing and revising the existing HR policies
• Pay Roll Compensation, attendance & maintaining the Leave record of the employee.
• Evaluating the monthly attendance and uploading the same into data base.
• Generating monthly salary statements of various branches.
• Over Time Calculation
• Maintaining resignation records, ex-employee dues; processing resignations with respective
department heads;
• Processing the Exit Interview,
• Full & final settlement and releasing Service Certificates after ensuring that the employees owed
no dues
• Handling the queries of the Employee pertaining to the ESI, PF, Gratuity etc.
• Handling the monthly online contribution of ESI, PF & PT.
• Managing the time office
• Preparing and Submitting Accident Reports to ESI office & follow-up.
Statutory Compliances:
• Maintain monthly manpower utilisation summery, analyse attrition rate, manpower cost data, brief
presentation report on timely compliances etc.
• Ensure EPF, ESIC, PT and other statutory payments made on time.
• Timely submission of Declaration/Nominations Forms under EPF, ESIC & Factories Inspector,
labour commissioner & other relevant applicable departments.
Welfare and General Administration:
• Employee welfare-Canteen.
• Insurance and mediclaim.
SECONDARY
l GRIEVANCE HANDLING
• Related to Payroll, Increment, overtime, and other Labour problems.
• ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Post Graduation (Master of Social Work in HUMAN RESOURCE)
