Projects Experience:
Honeywell Automation India Limited - On site for FAT - 01 Jan 2012 To 14 Sept 2014
Project Name: WASIT Gas Program (3050+ Displays)
Worked As: HMI Lead
The HMI team was small considering the HMI graphics volume and relatively
inexperienced. ARAMCO has been aggressive & demanding. We were bombarded with
unplanned changes, additional design inputs for new graphic development and new
requirements that had to be addressed on the fly and all of these were expected to be
handled by the existing team without influencing the project schedule adversely. We
have succeeded to overcome this challenge by putting our efforts and hard work.
Most of the time, I was unaccompanied handling HMI FAT activities for entire project.
I have also provided required coaching to junior engineers during FAT to increase the
productivity. I have received Front Office appreciation for WEC package FAT support.
Location: Saudi Arabia
Responsibilities Summary:
⇔ Prepared HMI Web Display Estimation.
⇔ Develop Project Execution plan, weekly progress report.
⇔ Prepare Schedule and Estimate dates for each delivery.
⇔ Development of Detail and Function design specification for project
⇔ Lead team to deliver the commitments.
⇔ Development of project specific Shapes and Faceplates.
⇔ Custom Shape design and implementation.
⇔ HMI display development (Process Detailed Displays, Overview Displays, ESD
Displays, Fire and gas displays, Boiler Management Display, Analyzer displays,
Dynamic objects, customized pop-ups, process/control displays, System Architecture
& special Diagnostic displays for WASIT)
⇔ Static Graphics QC.
⇔ VB scripting.
⇔ Mentor for Developers. Provide Share & learn to team members.
⇔ Develop managerial, technical, and functional relationships with customers.
⇔ Develop processes for training, adherence and improvements.
⇔ Follow Quality Management System, Defect Management System.

Concord Technologies - On site for FAT- 25 Jan 2009 To 30 Oct 2009
Project Name: Shell AOSP – (P&ID to EPKS HMI Web Display: 4200+ Displays)
Worked As: HMI Lead
Location: Canada
This was the green field project. HMI graphics count was around 4200 +.
To maintained consistency and quality of work across all team members (around 12)
we have planned to distribute team in to 3 steps. 1st team was preparing sketches by
combing 2-4 P&ID. This was the bit thought job to do, because whatever sketches
made by the team developer were going to prepare HMI graphics for same. So no
scope of mistake or typo was there.2nd team was doing Quality checks of the
prepared sketches and 3rd team was doing HMI web graphics development. I have
received Front Office appreciation for FAT support.
Responsibilities Summary:
⇔ Input Study and Review
• Review and modification of graphics sketches send by customer.
• Development of sketches from multiple P&ID’s.
⇔ Study of FDS.
⇔ Development of HMI Web graphics using R310.
⇔ Basic knowledge of station configuration properties.
⇔ Quality Check of all displays.
⇔ Creation of supportive documents such as Checklist, Display performance report and
creation of delivery transmittals.
⇔ Assisting the Project Lead in all his project coordination activities and acquiring high
productive from all my team members.
⇔ FAT Support.

Honeywell Automation India Limited - On site for FAT - 06 Jun 2015 To 08 Sep 2015
Project Name: Western Refinery – (LCN to HMI Web Displays Migration: 500+ Displays)
Worked As: HMI Lead
Location: El Paso, USA
This was the LCN to Experion PKS HMI display migration project. HMI graphics count
was 500+ displays.
Customer was very insistent on to use Honeywell Standard Solution pack shapes. We
had developed around 41 custom shapes in the early stage of this project to match the
existing shape functionality.
The Challenging part of this project was to reduce the custom Experion PKS HMI
shapes without losing existing functionality and the count was 41.
With help of 9+ Years of relative experience in the field of LCN, GUS and HMI Web
displays migration I succeed to cut that count to 5 generic shapes and 7 generic
faceplates.
I have received Front Office appreciation for FAT support and for reducing custom
shapes counts.
Responsibilities Summary:
⇔ I was also working as a coordinator to front office and back office as my Project
Manager, Project Lead was based in different location from the customer location.
⇔ Input Study and Review
• Review and modification of Experion PKS HMI web displays as per existing
LCN displays.
⇔ Development of missed HMI Web graphics using R430.
⇔ Quality Check of all displays.
⇔ Creation of documents such as FAT sign-off transmittals, Checklist, Display
performance report.
⇔ Assisting the Project Lead in all his project coordination activities.
⇔ FAT Support.
⇔ Tools Used:
• Graphics Translator & Migrator (GUS).
• HMI Web Power Tool.
• GUS Tool.
• Display Builder Assistance.

HMI graphics count was 500+ displays. Customer was very insistent on to use Honeywell Standard Solution pack shapes.
