2. Televac, a small scale Industry with status of a partnership firm, came into
existence in the mid 1997 as a diversification programme under Fermac
Teknologies which was started in 1994 ( manufacturing equipments like
atmospheric chambers, Conveyor furnaces , Ovens and other custom built
equipments.)
Under Televac with facilities for processing glass to metal seals for various
applications of Avionics , Space applications and hybrid circuitry.

4. About the Partners:
The partners of the firm are having wide range of experience in marketing are
technically qualified & with rich experience. The firm consists of two partners
namely Mrs.Vidya N. Upadhyaya & Mr. K.G. Prakash, both are engineers and
are actively participating in day-to-day business activities.
Mr. K.G. Prakash : A senior person graduated in Engineering in 1969, has a rich
experience in Industry worked in L.G Balakrishnan & Bros & Electrotherm
Furnaces Pvt Ltd. In the year 1994 ventured out and started the Engineering
Industry M/S Fermac Teknologies and in 1997 expanded & diversified into
manufacturing Hermetic Glass to metal seals for strategic applications under
the name M/S Televac under the same partnership .
Mrs. Vidya is an Electrical Engineer graduated in 1990 with MBA from IGNOU .
She has a working experience of more than 17 years in Engineering Industry .

5. LOCATION : The factory is located at Nadikerappa Industrial
Estate near Peenya Industrial Estate with a
built up shed of 4000 sqft.
POWER AVAILABILITY : 50 HP of sanctioned power is available to the
shed.
TRANSPORT FACILITY : As the shed is situated in Industrial area
adequate transport facility is available.
PRODUCTION CAPACITY :We have adequate sealing capacity with two
controlled atmosphere conveyor furnaces , We
have a dedicated group of out sourced vendors for
press tool components , CNC turning and
electroplating who are exclusively developed over
the years for our critical application.
MANPOWER : The firm has on rolls 18 persons – comprising
of trained Engineers and operators.
MARKET : The firm has an established client base In the
aerospace and defence establishments like ISRO ,
SAC, VSSC, BEL, Vacuum Industries etc.
