Founded more than 58 years ago, based on the successful sale of a shipment of rice husks
from India, the Al Yousuf Group has now grown into a multi- million dirham conglomerate.
With operations ranging from motor vehicles and real estate development, to home
electronics and computer operating systems, our manufacturing base covers the production
of a wide range of fibreglass (FRP) boats as well as bitumen- based membranes for use in
construction.
The project scope encompasses the Post Go- Live Support and the subsequent day to day
support apart from the Enhancements which include the modification/development of the new
objects depending on the business requirement for Al Yousuf Electronics.

The project scope encompasses the development of the AR Interface import to create the
Invoices in the Mexico Operating Unit using the sales Orders from the US and the Canada
Operating Units. These invoices are later extracted using the IBS (Internal Billing System)
Interface and FTP’ed to the IBS Server for processing. Similarly, the Invoices are also sent to a
third party tool called E-Buzone which will be sending the Invoices to all its customers using
this tool.

Balfour Beatty Utilities is a leading service provider in Distribution Asset Management to the
UK utilities sector. The current project is a support of Plant Hire custom module. Plant Hire
module is designed and built on the Standard ERP as a bolt on with seamless integration. It
processes plant hire transaction and interfaces cost on a weekly basis to standard Oracle
Project Accounting. Plant Hire module tracks complete information with respect to plant
transactions. The transactions are tracked from raising a Requisition for a plant to returning
back the plant and its payment processing.

large number of machines and machines need regular maintenance, which can be
categorized as preventive maintenance and schedule maintenance. In spite of the best efforts
by the maintenance personnel machines do breakdown and such breakdown is called
breakdown maintenance. This project deals with all these aspects and much more and
captures all these activities in a system. The Functional Coverage of the System
• All the data regarding the status of the important machines is generated daily in the form
of report to submit to the higher authorities.
• Data regarding the various machine breakdowns is available online and can be retrieved
immediately by the authorized persons.
• The schedule maintenance and preventive maintenance data is generated in advance by
the system.
• One can always see the details of a particular breakdown and further action can be taken.

Inventory covers a major share of any business establishment whether it is a manufacturing
industry or a ware house Industry or a distributing centre. This project deals with the
movement of goods between inventories and the shop floors, which are also called as in –
transit inventories. It covers material with outstanding PO’s, work in progress and the
components being transported to the distribution centre.
The Functional Coverage of the System consists of
• Recording the entry of goods in various inventories.
• Transfer of goods from the inventory to the various departments.
• Transfer of finished goods from the shop floor to the inventory.
• Return of the goods from the shop floor to the inventory.
• Monitoring the level of the goods in the inventory.

Projec t Descr i p t i o n Any large organization, which is involved in the manufacture of goods, is bound to have a large number of machines and machines need regular maintenance, which can be categorized as preventive maintenance and schedule maintenance. In spite of the best efforts by the maintenance personnel machines do breakdown and such breakdown is called breakdown maintenance. This project deals with all these aspects and much more and captures all these activities in a system. The Functional Coverage of the System • All the data regarding the status of the important machines is generated daily in the form of report to submit to the higher authorities. • Data regarding the various machine breakdowns is available online and can be retrieved immediately by the authorized persons. • The schedule maintenance and preventive maintenance data is generated in advance by the system. • One can always see the details of a particular breakdown and further action can be taken.
