Bank of America Continuum India Pvt. Ltd. (August, 2007 to Till Date)
• Joined as a Team Member in Aug’2007, in Document Management System Indexing
(Mortgage Process).
• Promoted as Sr. Team Member in Aug’ 2008.

May’2009.

Team Leader: Finance - Invoicing (April’11 – Till Date)
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Invoicing for India & other offshore locations of Bank of America.
• Preparing MIS like unbilled analysis, CFO dashboard, Seat Utilization report and other
Reports for all the offshore locations.
• Work with BPS & Technology SPOC to get the FTE Billing month on month, educating
them about the Invoicing tool and solving functional and system related queries or
issues.
• Coordinating with Accounts Payable team on the Reimbursable data
• Work with Pricing team for billing rates & Migration team for SOW (Statement of Work)
updations.
• Work with Line of Business counterparts or other verticals of the Finance team in
resolving queries and proving clarification.
• Ensure timely & accurate Invoicing to Line of Business.
• Functional testing of enhancement (both reporting and other functionality) of the
Invoicing tool used by BACI and preparation of test cases wherever required.
• Helping new members of the team with knowledge about the Invoicing & Pricing process
so that they can come up the learning curve quickly.
Achievements:
Received two Silver Awards for the support extended to Mexico & Costa Rica FTE billing and also
been recognized by respective Line Of Business for the same.
Received 1 Silver & Bronze award for the reduction of defects in unbilled analysis report.

2. Transaction Monitoring (Mortgage):
Responsibilities: (May’09 – March’11)
• Responsible for work quality, accuracy, timely product delivery, and ensure compliance
with SLA’s. Review Loans on a daily basis
• Assist and guide the team in processing their assignments in an accurate, timely and
organized manner.
• Provide timely feedback to team members Ensure loan delivery within TAT.
• Analyze, Document& Circulate feedback received from client to team members
• Interacted to LOB for the required data
• Developed a Rule Book, which helped the process to reduce the error percentage
drastically.
• Conducted Brain Storming Session for the better results in quality.
• Developed a feedback mechanism where all the associates in the process will know
where they are committing errors.
