At Aditya Birla Group, I am incubating and building up a portfolio of e-tailing businesses. Prior to this, for about 3.5 years, I worked closely with Mr K M Birla, on the business portfolio. My team advised him on strategy and operational issues in each business such that he had an independent POV (in addition to the CEO view) on them. At McKinsey, I served a wide variety of clients across sectors in India. Major sectors covered include Infrastructure, Construction, Power, ITS/BPO, Oil & Gas, Retail/Consumer, and Life Insurance
