 Aim
 Definition
 Uniqueness of Contributor
 Differences between Contributor
and Non Contributor
 Example
 Conclusion
Our aim is to know about Who are
Contributors? How are they
fundamentally different from Non-contributors
in their overall approach
to work, to other human beings, to society
as a whole?
Contributors define themselves in terms of what
they will become or accomplish (e.g. capacity to
deliver, commitment and ownership of the
organization’s purpose, etc.). This is a dynamic
identity based on your “being” and “becoming”.
Such an identity lets you choose to live a better
future.
Non-contributors usually define themselves in
terms of what they have acquired in life (e.g.
qualifications, position, years of experience,
etc.). This is a static identity, based on your
past glories or past failures. This static identity
leaves you trapped in history.
Five “S” related with the Uniqueness
 Supportive
 Sympathetic
 Sensitive
 Solicitous
 Spiritual
Non contributor Contributor
Out directed
 Complaints
 Not concern with
human being
 Person think win-loss
 Static person
 Self-interest
 Inner directed
 Take a responsibility
 Concern with human
being
 Person think win-win
Dynamic person
 Enlight self-interest
All the qualities
which are
listed/unlisted
above are available
in our mother. So
it is valued much in
our society. Even
god valued most
that they left
unbelievable
heaven below her
feet.
During this project Me and my friends took
an interview of some employee in
Bhavnagar….
He is working in Swaminarayan
Gurukul school from last 32 years
as a main teacher of chemistry
subject
Ashwin Sadadiya
Education=B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Ed
School=Teacher of Chemistry at Gurukul
Post=Head of Department conti….
Education Qualification
Electronic technician
 Working as a instructor
in EC department Lab
In GEC Bhavnagar
Engg. College
 He is working in GEC
BVN from last 6 year
 According to him to
successes in life you
have to do one thing
“Like what you work or
work what you like “
