• My EXTERNAL MOTIVATION in achieving my goal is seeing my parents working
hard for me, struggling for our lives, never complaining for what they do for me,
providing all the facilities. I see people doing well in their lives, that’s the
motivation for doing well in and achieve.
• My INTERNAL MOTIVATION in achieving my goal is my intense desire to
succeed in my field. I really want to excel in something. I do things that makes
me happy and gives me satisfaction.
7. WHATARE THEAPPLICATIONSANDRESULTSOF MOTIVATION?
• Applications of motivation:-
TASK DESIGN– process through which things are planned and specify tasks
and arrangements that has to be accomplished.
TASK ROTATION- periodic shifting of task from task to another.
TASK ENLARGEMENT- increasing the number and variety of task.
TASK ENRICHMENT- planning, executing, and evaluation of task.
• Results of motivation:-
SELF CONFIDENCE of doing work.
BONUS- increase in pay plan at job level which increases the production.
PERFORMANCE- by motivating the concept.

• I have very less people in my life who are the most empathy oriented towards
me but I can name 3:- MY BEST FRIENDS {PALLAVI, TARUN, SHAVEZ}
• They do so many things that I like in them:-
COGNITIVE EMPATHY- They know me very well, they understand me well, even
when I try to enact they suspect me by the way I respond.
EMOTIONAL EMPATHY- I can share my every emotion with them. They never
judge me on that part. They sense my emotions, whether I’m happy or sad. They
support me emotionally.
• It makes me a good communicator.

• Blocks to efficient time management:-
1) Too many tasks to do

• I will overcome them by being positive, making clear intentions of what should
I do, prioritizing, by motivating myself, put things in writing, and fixing goals.

YOURCHOICE.
• In my opinion, the most important leadership’s function is Building A Team.
• When a leader is leading a team, he/she has to make it a point that all the
team members are connected to each other and there is trust amongst each
other.
• He/she can build up the team members confidence by giving them a chance to
speak and enhance their skills.
• It will improve team member’s morale and will help improve communication
skills.

• 10 steps of goal setting and achievement:-
1) Believe in the process

4) Know the purpose
5) Commit to do it

13. WHATARE THEPATTERNSOF COMMUNICATION? GIVEEXAMPLEFOREACH.
• Patterns of communication:-
Written communication- It is simple, easy to understand, make intentions
clear, and specific. It is the most dangerous communication because what once
has written cannot be changed, and it can be the proof against anyone. E.g.-
Social media sites: mail, WhatsApp.
Verbal communication- It checks pronunciation, sincerity, modulation of voice.
It can be used to make announcements, debate, group discussion, interview,
speech.
Non verbal communication [body language, postures, gestures, facial
expressions, eye contact]- It is also known as silent communication. Movement
of body should be synchronised with verbal communication. Erect, confident,
and friendly posture.
14. WHATARE EGOSTATES? WHICHEGOSTATEDOYOUOPERATEMOSTOFTEN?
• Ego state is a pattern of thinking, feeling and behavior from which one person
interact with other.
• Types of ego state:-
Parent ego- Parent ego consists of external events and experience of life. It
is always imposed on child.
Adult ego- Adult ego is always aware that they have ‘parents’ and ‘children’ to
look after responsibility. It has maturity.
Child ego- Child ego has all the liberty to enjoy life and are carefree. They
are aware of the fact that ‘adult’ and ‘parents’ are watching over them.
• I often use adult ego because maturity in life is the very important. I have a
care, concern, respect, and responsibility towards things.

• 4 areas where I would like to be more persistent:-
A burning desire of wanting something
Inner confidence
Highly developed habits
Commitment to lifelong learning
• I will do it by listening to my heart and not listening to others, will commit to
positive things, never changing my desire to achieve goals, not making an
excuse, not wasting my energy on negativities, by making efforts and learning
new skills and thinking patterns, welcoming new ideas, and continually growing.
