व्यापक चमक या सफाई / व्यवस्थित सफाई (Seiso) काययक्षेत्र और सभी
उपकरणों को साफ, सुव्यवस्स्थत और संगहित रखने की प्रकिया है I
प्रत्येक पारी के अंत िें, कायय क्षेत्र को साफ और संगहित करने के मलए
ध्यान र्देने की जरूरत है I
सब उपकरण अपनी जगह बहाल है, यह सुननस्श्चत करता है I
यह आसान पता करने के मलए भी क्या जाता है I
प्रिुख िुद्र्दा यह है कक सफाई बनाए रखने के र्दैननक काि का हहस्सा
होना चाहहए I

मानकीकरण (Seiketsu) कायय प्रथाओं के अनुरूप और
िानकीकृ त ककया जाना चाहहए. ककसी खास काि के मलए
सभी काि स्टेशनों के सिान होना चाहहए. सभी एक ही
काि कर रहे कियचाररयों के मलए एक ही उपकरण है कक हर
थाने िें एक ही स्थान िें रहे हैं के साथ ककसी भी थाने िें
काि करने िें सक्षि होना चाहहए. हर कोई पता होना
चाहहए कक क्या वास्तव िें उसके या उसकी स्जम्िेर्दाररयों
पहले 3 एस का पालन करने के मलए कर रहे हैं.

कायि रखना संचामलत करने का सबसे अच्छा तरीका.
एक बार पपछले 4 एस ककया गया है, स्थापना की है,
वे अच्छा तरीका पर ध्यान बनाए रखने चाहहए I
पहले 4 एस की सिीक्षा और पररवतयन पर ध्यान
बनाए रखने चाहहए I

long-term productivity improvement. If you failed in achieving shitsuke,
your 5’S’ can be only short lived.
