In ultima perioada am citit numeroase comunicate de presa transmise de catre
institutii de stat sau private, in care erorile strecurate, prin modalitatea de transmitere,
devin publice.

Indiferent ca ati invatat-o in facultatea de profil sau ati „prins-o" in virtutea meseriei sau a
experientei, regula de baza pentru un comunicat de presa trebuie inteleasa axiomatic si
abordata matematic.

„Cine", „ce", „cand", „unde" sunt cele patru informatii esentiale pe care, ca reprezentanti ai
unei institutii pe parte de relatii publice sau de comunicare, trebuie sa le includeti intr-o
comunicare catre presa, catre un partener de afaceri sau orice alta persoana interesata,
pentru ca mesajul sa imbrace regulile unui comunicat.

Cele patru informatii de baza trebuie sa se regaseasca intr-o ordine logica chiar in primul
paragraf, mai ales atunci cand este vorba despre un comunicat - invitatie.

Evitati, astfel, situatiile in care, apar intrebari legate de locatie, de timp sau de intelegerea
actiunii sau a perceperii corecte a informatiilor legate de organizator.. Aceste intrebari
enerveaza tocmai prin faptul ca duc la pierderea timpului de catre cel care citeste informarea
primita.

Imaginati-va un lung sir de telefoane in care destinatarul comunicarii incearca sa „decripteze"
mesajul transmis.

Respectand inca de la inceput formula, mesajul este perceput corect.

Informatiile legate de „cum" si, uneori, „de ce" le puteti dezvolta in paragraful urmator al
comunicatului.

Ca post scriptum retineti ca, pentru ca regula de patru simpla sa fie corect aplicata, evitati
virgula intre „cine" si „ce", respectiv intre subiect si predicat, tocmai pentru a evita incalcarea
unei reguli primare de punctuatie.

Asadar, multa atentie, corectitudine, rigurozitate si nu uitati ca, printr-un singur click va puteti
strica imaginea si va fi nevoie de mult mai multe pentru a o repara.
