  2. 2. Here are some simple and smart strategies to get back into the right groove and to get things done.
  3. 3. This will motivate you much more than small goals. A big goal has a big effect and can create a lot of motivation. Set a large and specific goal.
  4. 4. Make each day count. Focus on today and do the things you really want to do.
  5. 5. Start slow. Instead of jumping into something at full speed, start slow.
  6. 6. Get motivation from the people around you. Spend less time with negative people. Meet new People.
  7. 7. Be constructive about the failures. See what can you learn from them and make them more valuable. Learn from your failures.
  8. 8. Declutter your workspace. Take a couple of minutes to clean it up to think more clearly and focused.
  9. 9. Remind yourself your goals. Write reasons for working towards them. Tape them on your wall, computer or bathroom mirror.
  10. 10. Exercise. 20-30 minutes of lifting free weights releases inner tensions and stress and makes you more focused.
  11. 11. Find out what makes you happy. Then do that. As much as you want or can. Follow your passion.
  12. 12. Remember to have fun. Create fun in a task. Then you’ll stay motivated to do and finish it.
  13. 13. Compare yourself with yourself. Comparing what you have with others can really kill your motivation.
