Experiential	Learning
Experiential	learning is	the	process	of	learning through	experience,	and	is	more	specifically	
defined	as	"learning through	reflection	on	doing".	Thus,	it	involves	direct	and	active	
personal	experience	combined	with	reflection	and	feedback.
Methodology
The	sessions	combine	a	mix	of	preparatory	briefing	to	create	familiarity	with	the	purpose	of	
the	session,	followed	by	a	intense	immersion-experience	in	the	simulated	scenario-activity.	
This	is	followed	by	a	de-brief	where	the	participants	themselves	come	up	with	the	learnings.

This	startup	is	in	the	domain	of	providing	affordable	secondary	healthcare	to	
underserved	areas.	They	have	grown	exponentially	in	last	5	years	and	today	runs	
15	hospitals,	with	100	beds,	in	various	B	& C	towns,	while	expanding	their	network	
at	the	same	time.

A	detailed	organisation	development	study	was	undertaken	and	the	organisational	
strength	was	identified	as	project	management	and	execution	speed,	leading	to	
robust	practices	in	setting	up	and	establishing	green	field	hospital	network.
