10. Experiential Learning
Experiential learning is the process of learning through experience, and is more specifically
defined as "learning through reflection on doing". Thus, it involves direct and active
personal experience combined with reflection and feedback.
Methodology
The sessions combine a mix of preparatory briefing to create familiarity with the purpose of
the session, followed by a intense immersion-experience in the simulated scenario-activity.
This is followed by a de-brief where the participants themselves come up with the learnings.
