The Stroke Recovery Project aims to improve stroke recovery for patients through partnerships between Camden Stroke Recovery Club, Camden Council Library Service, and Camden Hospital. The Club received a $5000 grant to purchase iPads, DVD players, and iTunes cards. These resources along with partnerships will help patients transition from hospital to community and access rehabilitation tools. The library service downloads apps to the iPads and provides patients in-hospital access to resources.

- donated DVD’s to the hospital for patient use.
- will provide regular maintenance checks on the equipment and re-load
