friendly, sustainable and safe electrical systems as per current and innovative sound
engineering practices, codes, standards, rules, regulations and laws of the land at the
least cost at affordable and economical fee.

. Preparation of micro level Project Schedule and Tracking.
. Tendering Services for Electrical Works.
. Validation of quantity of electrical works furnished by architects / Consultants.
. Review and validation of Tender documents of Electrical Works.
. Preparation of tender document.
. Pricing of tender.
. Pre qualification of contractors.
. Participate in Pre & Post bid meetings (Technical & Commercial).
. Preparation of tender Evaluation report & assist client in the award of work.
. Preparation of the overall project cost estimate.
. Preparation of Contract documents.
. Co-ordination between Architects/Consultants/Vendors/Clients and other Agencies.
. Follow up with Architects, Consultants, and Vendors etc. for design /drawings as per
schedule
. Review GFC Drawings issued by consultants.
. Monitoring execution as per approved design / drawings / Specifications.
. Monitor and update project schedule and recommended corrective measures.
. Ensuring the rectification of defects pointed out by client / Consultants.
. Preparing Material / Equipment procurement schedule for long lead items.
. Documentation of progress photographs, Drawings, Changes, Bills and Approvals
etc..
. Checking and certification of all RA bills with relevant documents and measurement
sheets.
. Review contractor manpower /Plant and Machinery/Material Delivery schedule and
update on the impact on project completion schedule.
. Suggesting modifications during execution due to site conditions.
. Conducting weekly site meetings to monitor progress of work, co-ordination
activities of all agencies to resolve all outstanding matters, drawings and decisions
. Evaluate standards of workmanship
. Preparation of snag list and compliance to snag list.
. Submission of project completion report and comparative statements with regard to
physical and financial inputs & out puts as compared to the original estimates and
forecasts, on completion of job.
. Obtaining Submission of 'As-Built' Drawings, completion documentation for
handover.
