• Reliable, customer-oriented, and willing to be part of a team
• Honest, ethical, and outgoing with customers
• Organized with a positive attitude
• Able to think on their feet
• Physically able to work in PPE (Tyvek suits and other safety
gear) and work in confined spaces
• Able to understand and carry out instructions, and prepare
detailed technical records and reports
Qualified applications are required to:
• Pass a criminal background check (no felonies, no misdemeanors
involving violence or theft)
• Pass a drug test
• Drive legally (current driver's license) and own transportation
• Get to work on time and be willing to work emergency,
after-hours calls
• Participate in a weekly rotational on-call schedule, which applies
to evenings and weekends
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Use customer service and leadership skills
Preferable but not required:
• IICRC Certification
• Experience in construction, cleaning, or restoration
