• SANY Heavy Equipment Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as SANYI) is a major enterprise specialized in
manufacturing of coal mining machinery, listed in Hongkong stock market in 2009 (HK00631)
• As a wholly owned subsidiary of SANY GROUP established in January 2004, SANYI has become a leading
enterprise in coal machinery industry with years of development.
• At the moment, SANYI has set Integrated Roadheader Industrial Park and Longwall Mining Industrial Park,
with total area of 850 thousand square meters, more than 3,000 employees, including 500 professional R&D
staffs.
• Through independent innovation, SANYI has developed Roadheader series with cutting power from 55kW to
418kW. SANYI is domestic first enterprise to provide the full solution for automatic and intelligent Longwall
system. Independently developed and applicable to 0.8- 2.0 meters coal seam, the full automation plow system
has broken the monopoly of foreign manufacturers in the field.
• As the Off-highway truck division of SANYI established in 2007, Sany Mining Equipment Co., Ltd is Located in
SANY industrial park, KunShan economic zone, Jiangsu. It produces full range of Mining truck series which
cover mechanical trucks, electric wheel trucks and articulated trucks, of which The load capacity is from 25 tons
to 360 tons. Currently, the yearly capacity is 300 units, and will be extend to 500 units in 2015.

Date back to 2009, SANYI started to export products to the world. Till now there are more than 50 machines
(Roadheader, off-highway truck) and 150 roof supports running in 8 countries.

23. SANYI exported 30 Roadheaders to Ukraine from 2010. Due to the high quality and good performance,
another 150 longwall roof support was sold in 2013.
SANYI IN UKRAINE

24. Not only dispatched service engineer to the mine for site service. In 2013, SANYI established the workshop for Roadheader
overhaul with the Ukraine partner. Till now, 5 units roadheader have been overhauled. Moreover, SANYI trains the longwall
roof support operator regularly in Ukraine.

25. SANYI IN RUSSIA
SANYI has exported 3 EBZ 160 Roadheaders to Russia since 2009. A new design Remote control type
EBZ160S was exported to Russia in 2013.

26. SANYI has exported 1 EBZ 200 Roadheaders to Poland in 2013. This Rordheader is the first Roadheader
in Euro market which got the ATEX certification. It is sight SANY get into the high level coal mining
market.

27. SANYI IN SOUTHEAST ASIA
From 2009 to 2013, SANYI exported 10 Roadheaders to Southeast Asia. In 2013 SANYI developed to world biggest cutting
machine EBS630 for potash mine. Through its good reputation, in 2014 SANYI will sign another 2 EBZ630 with the Laos
and Thailand customer.

28. SANYI IN SOUTH AFRICA
SANYI starts to export Off highway truck to Africa market since 2011. Till now there are 5 SRT95 Off highway
truck and 5 SRT55 trucks running in Zimbabwe, another 4 units
SRT 95 trucks in South Africa.
