both Benteler Automotive & Takata Holdings since 1994. His
transformation of experience spans specialties in turn key processes starting
with development through initial production, and supports his interest in
management & supplier quality, as well as tooling processes through
leadership supported by a proven innovative strategy and mind set.
It is the intent of Q.S.S. to offer temporary services to businesses having
acquired recent contracts, unexpected absences or terminations. Q.S.S.
offers its customers a background that specializes in new program
launches, tool tracking, containment, engineering applications related to
quality processes and management solutions, that save both time and
money, from kick off through start of production, and beyond.
Q.S.S. offers experience that does not need to be monitored and is off and
running from initiation!

focuses on proven solution's for;
Welded components requiring a closed loop validation process fusing robotic, or
manually welded applications. A validation process that can be used in high volume
application’s needing results on the go.
Traceability processes - from incoming inspection to shipping .
New plant start-up with emphasis on complete quality systems including
training, SWI’s, up to full PPAP.
Tool tracking solutions – for metal stampings ranging from simple to complex 3D
applications. This includes full tracking of all tooling and closure of “open issues”
through PPAP. In addition, QSS will follow through on the, development , and
approval of any or all gauging requirements using either attribute or variable data
applications.
Containment activities or requirements that ensure proper tacking of
rework, scrap, time spent and solutions through closure if so required.
Customer Liaison - customer quality engineering that is needed for that initial start up
period to minimize customer impact and provide reliable feed back in a detailed
manner for the initial 90 day period

As we all know the economy has impacted many if not all industries
throughout the world with the automotive industry being one of the most
severely affected. As a result of this economic down turn it is difficult for any
company to maintain a qualified staff of personnel on the payroll waiting for
new work to appear. As with any new contract or opportunity there comes
an uncertainty as to whether the actual need will remain to support the
addition of skilled quality / project engineers once the project is rolled
out, thus the reason for Q.S.S.
