4. A) From 2011 till Now I working with Faruk Group (Zarya constructioncompany.) it is
an construction company they have a lot of projects so I was responsible of working in
{ * FMC hotel (Millennium Kurdistan, Hotel & Spa) 135 rooms.
* Six floor Accommodation building.
* Five floor plant room building}.
As an MEP Engineer my work as a supervisor at all MEP works and implementation
on required specifications and designs with contractor who was Turkish company
(AKTIF CO.) http://www.aktifelk.com.tr/ and the client was the (Millennium hotels
company) www.millenniumhotels.com.
After that we did the preopening and handover for whole hotel with one year
maintenance works for all the area.
B) In the same while Time that works in 2013 I had to make Finishing, Preopening,
and Handover & Operation Maintenance works for a:-
* 36 floors tower five star hotel 256 rooms (Grand millennium Hotel).
Ps. Till now operation maintenance works is on us.
C) At the same time I work to Implementation, Finishing, Hand over 20,000 square
meter special Villa’s with full of luxury facilities.
Note: - The Villa was done and now I’m the responsible to manage operating
and maintenance of the villa and millennium Kurdistan hotel As a
Chief Engineer.

From 2010 until 2011 I worked in EMEK GROUP Company for communications in
Sulaymanyiah. Which took the implementation of 165 GSM sites from Korek company
(Ericsson equipment) for installation the towers sites from the beginning (35 site in
Kirkuk and 165 sites in sulaymaniah) so I have a high experience in Telecom and
power works, even in civil works. I worked as a supervisor on the contractors to do all
the installation works and design layout for all implementation work :-
A) For power (ATS,MDB,AC panel ,split installation, cable trays and Earthling system
deltas and wiring)
B) for Telecom (RBS, BBS, Alarms, DDF, GSM, AMM (2p, 6p, 20p) …etc) So I do
configuration and alignment for MW (microwave) and routing E1’s on Mini link
craft software; and make the sites on-air on OMT program [in Kirkuk make about
20 on-air for ver. 2216, 2116 cabin, in sulaymaniah make more than 50 site on air
for ver. 6102, 6201 Cabin] after that do the acceptance with Korek teams with
Telecom department.
In 2010 worked in al Shaty CO. in Baghdad that takes 15 sites from korek so I work as
site engineer with contractors to do the installation for power and Telecom work so I do
configuration and alignment for MW and routing E1’s and make the sites on air for ver.
2000’s cabin.
