REFERENCE FOR SHADOWMATCH
We have been using the Shadowmatch Benchmarking tool for over 3 years now. It has become the
entryway for potential employees into our organisation and it is a valuable tool for us. Shadowmatch
is the first part of the process in finding the right people for our company.
Once cv’s are screened, candidates are invited to do Shadowmatch before any interviews. The
results and input provided by Shadowmatch really help us to decide whether or not the candidate
will likely be a success in a particular team and we use its results to decide whether or not to
continue the recruitment process with that candidate. Some of the times where we have ignored the
Shadowmatch results we have really done a disservice to ourselves and to the new employee who
either does not fit with the team or suffers burnout themselves from being unable to keep up with
the benchmark. There are some other valuable tools within Shadowmatch for personal development
and we would love to explore these more fully in the near future.
If you want to ensure you find the right people for your organisation we definitely recommend
Shadowmatch. Don’t waste hours and hours of interviews. First do Shadowmatch and then decide if
you want to take the candidate to the next step.
