Quobis develops the TalkStorage voice call recording platform. TalkStorage provides a simple and cost-effective solution for basic call recording needs in small call centers or outsourcers. It can record up to 300 calls concurrently and integrate easily with various VoIP PBX systems without needing additional hardware. Recorded calls can be stored on TalkStorage or the customer's storage and accessed through a web interface.

3. In a few words
TalkStorage is a voice call recording platform developed by Quobis that
provides a simple yet cost-effective solution for call recording in entry-level
installations like in-company call centers or small outsourcers. It's targeted at
small customers that don't way to overpay a fully-featured solution as they
needs are very basic (just record, store and search).
This platform is scalable up to 300 concurrent calls and easy to
integrate with a number VoIP PABX without the need of an SBC.
In case we need to record calls origination in a TDM network,
we have a smooth and simple integration with E1/BRI gateways
from third-party vendors.
It is a 100% software solution so it can run on standard COTS
hardware (IBM xSeries, HP DL120, etc...) or over a Wmare or
XEN virtual machine. No need for special appliances.

10. Deliverables
TalkStorage is a software-only solution, so integrators just need to download an ISO
image and deploy it on a virtual or physical server. It's based on Qbert, a GNU/Linux
operating system (CentOS) specially designed at Quobis for voice applications.
TalkStorage is just one of these applications that can be deployed on the fly on top of
a Qbert installation.
