Project Description: The UKBSS programme is to explore a single strategic solution for the
BT UK Business that will address transformational and regulatory requirements (TSR) for
GS, BTR, and BTW together. The UKB Single Solution has been launched to create both a
Self-Service approach and Agent based solutions for customers.
This project handles three domains mainly L2C (Lead-to-Cash), T2R (Trouble-to-Resolve)
and Billing.
The purpose of L2C System is to provide Automated Online Order Journey (AOOJ) and
Agent Desktop (AD) application to enhance the customer experience. SaaS is Commercial
Online web based application though which Customer can raise order for the PSTN,SL, FL,

2. Switchproducts. AD is an application used by the agent for placing order on behalf of
customer.
The main objective of this process is ensure that SaaS and AD tool performing error-free
journey and orders are reaches downstream components like AIB, OneView, Siebel and
CSS with proper status.
My responsibilities include:

Project Description:
A Testing Project which aims to test the product IP Connect Global develops L2C by Tech
Mahindra and Owned by BT. This project is the part of BTGS (BT Global Services). BTGS is
responsible for managing the customer relationship of BT’s global enterprise c ustomers
across globe.
CIT (Continuous Integration Testing) is conducted by an independent testing team. CIT
starts once component teams complete their unit/component testing and deploy the code in
CIT environment. This testing is focused on interface & design issues. E2E order journey is
carried out for different type of work stream in IPSDK like iVPN2, AAI. For iVPN2 products
and Components involves for E2E journey mostly are, SQE,APE, AIB , Expedio OM
,CLASSIC, Clarify, RPACS, Tahiti, IVeserve, Agora DUA, BFG, BGS.
IVPN2 is a Testing Project which aims to test the product IP Connect Global develops by
Tech Mahindra and Owned by BT. A Integrated Virtual Private Network (iVPN2) feature in a
network that uses primarily public telecommunication infrastructure, such as the Internet,
to provide remote offices or traveling users an access to a central organizational network.
The main benefits of IVPn2 are Cost Effectiveness, Efficiency and Flexibility.
