PRICES – The price quoted includes your chosen item, printed
with a single colour in one position (unless otherwise indicated),
block charges and freight to any Australian destination.

There are no further charges.
gSt – All prices are plus 10% GST which will be added to final total.
NoN StaNdaRd ColouRS – $50 surcharge applies for colour
mixing non standard print colours not listed on Page 2.

multI ColouR PRINtS – Available on certain products. POA.
QuaNtItIES – The minimum quantity that can be ordered is the
first quantity listed for each item. (Tattoos must be ordered in
multiples of 1000).
SamPlES – It is recommended to view a sample before ordering.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure accuracy of colours in this
catalogue, they should be used as a guide only.
fREIght – Deliveries will be sent via most economical freight
carrier ex Brisbane. If express service required additional costs
could be incurred.

hoW to oRdER
Please provide a purchase order and artwork via email, fax or
post including:
1. Contact name, phone, email and fax number.
2. Description of products and item no.
3. Quantity and print colour.
4. Delivery date if required for an event or special function.
5. Art will be emailed for approval.
All order details, instructions and changes to be confirmed
in writing. More than 1 artwork change will incur extra costs. You
will be advised.
Prices valid until 30th August 2011.
PRINT METHODS
ARTWORK - We prefer artwork emailed as an Illustrator or EPS file
(vector format). We recommend you keep designs simple and easy
to read. Less is best. We will forward artwork for your approval. Art
charges of $25.00 plus GST per change may be applicable if complex
changes requested.
PRINT COLOURS - Most items include a 1 colour print. Where
specified you can choose one of our standard print colours from the
pantone colour chart on Page 2. Some items offer 4 colour process print
on labels or tattoos these are digitally printed using 4 colour process
(CMYK) technology.
PLEASE AvOID:
• Stipples and half tones.
• Very fine type with contrasting heavy solid prints.
• Reverse print with fine or small fonts.
We will make recommendations if we believe your results will be
adversely effected.
PLEASE CONSIDER:
• Different formats on various shaped items can present issues
with balance.
• Simple square layouts on round items can look optically distorted.

Pad printing is a process that involves transferring a 2D image onto a
3D object using pantone colours.
Die Cut 4 Colour Process Label 1 to 4 colour process print
on Labels. Pantone colour match possible. CMYK Vector art required.
Recommended for more complex designs. Die Cut to any shape.
Deluxe 4 Colour Process Label 1 to 4 colour process print
on Labels. Pantone colour match possible. CMYK Vector art required.
Recommended for more complex designs.
Standard 4 Colour Process Label 1 to 4 colour process print
on gloss White Labels (produced inhouse). Complex 4 colour prints and
exact pantone prints require Deluxe labels. We will advise if necessary.

ENGRAVING
Laser Engraving is the practice of using lasers to engrave an object.
Very precise engraving can be achieved.
Epoxy Dome is a clear soft see through material which is domed over
the top of an item. This process improves print life, however an item such as
keytags, constant actiom of keys may eventually remove doming process.
Screen printing Involves item being placed under a mesh screen.
Pantone Ink is then pushed with a squeegee through the mesh screen.
Ink is then transfered onto the product.
Pantone colour matches not guaranteed when printed on transparent
and non white items. See each page for recommended print colour.
