Event and Logistics Director
 Responsible for the overall vision, layout, and production of the St. Jude Up ‘til Dawn events at the
University of Mount Union.
 Accountable for planning anyof these events or activities, working with the logistics chair to brainstorm and
develop the overall event including activities,layout, and logistical needs.
 Oversee the logistics chair and confirms thateach piece of the final production is prepared in advance.
 Coordinate,confirm,and book all entertainment,performance acts,games,and other experiential pieces of
the Up ‘til Dawn events.
 Manage all logistics associated with the Up ‘til Dawn events (i.e. reserving locations,providing set-ups,
determining power and electrical needs,etc.).

 Serve as a resource to all members ofthe University of Mount Union Greek life.
